Meet Dr. Theresa Rodeghero (Our Practice Owner)

Dr. Theresa Rodeghero, owner of Clearwater Family Dental, grew up with dentistry woven into the fabric of everyday life. Raised on a small family farm, she learned early the values of hard work, integrity, dedication, and caring for others—lessons that would later shape her approach to patient care. At just 13 years old, she began working in her father’s dental office, where she witnessed firsthand the relationships he built and the compassion he brought to every patient interaction.
Motivated by a desire to make a meaningful impact on people’s health, Dr. Rodeghero first pursued a career in dental hygiene. Her experience as a hygienist deepened her commitment to patient education and preventive care, ultimately inspiring her to continue her education and earn her Doctor of Dental Medicine (DMD) degree.
After graduating, she returned home to work alongside her father, the late Dr. Paul Rodeghero, whose influence remains central to her practice philosophy. Today, as the owner of Clearwater Family Dental, she is proud to carry forward the legacy he built—one grounded in integrity, excellence, and a genuine dedication to treating the whole person, not just the smile.
Dr. Rodeghero is passionate about combining modern dentistry with a holistic, patient-centered approach. She values open communication, collaborative care with other providers, and empowering patients with knowledge so they can make informed decisions about their health.
Outside the office, she continues to embrace the values she learned growing up on the farm: staying grounded, working hard, and always leading with heart. At Clearwater Family Dental, she remains committed to creating a welcoming environment where patients feel heard, supported, and cared for—just as her father envisioned.

Our Office Manager, Ginger Rodeghero
Ginger and Dr. Paul Rodeghero raised their beautiful children in Ohio and have now run Dental practices for over 4 decades. Together, they thelped turn over the Clearater Family Dental practice to their daughter, Dr. Theresa Rodeghero.
As a stellar Administrative Executive, Ginger has always and continues helping make everything run smooth. And, in a muti Doctor practice, that sounds much easier than what the realities might present on a day-by-day experience.
